Is your agency licensed and insured?

 

Yes, Our Tender Hearts is licensed by the Maryland Department of Health, Office of Healthcare Quality as a Residential Service Agency. We are able to provide proof of insurance upon request. 

 

Will the caregiver(s) have the skills required for my home care needs?

 

All of Our Tender Hearts’ caregivers have certification or licensure from the Maryland Board Nursing, in addition to a diverse range of experience needed to fulfill you or your loved one’s needs.

 

What should I do if I or my loved one needs home care immediately? 

 

Our Tender Hearts’ caregivers work 24/7, 365 days a year. So if you or your loved one needs home care assistance, please give us a call, and we can arrange the care you need.

 

We are not a medical emergency response company. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 immediately. 

 

What type of insurance does Our Tender Hearts accept? 

 

Our Tender Hearts accepts private pay and Medicaid Community Options Waiver. We may be able to assist with Long-term care insurance reimbursement. The amount of Long-term care insurance reimbursement varies based on the client’s policy. For questions concerning fees, please call our office.
